We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth through consultative selling and excellent account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify customer needs, gather relevant information, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits.
  • Contact prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and create effective sales plans.
  • Collaborate with Presales and Product Specialist teams to prepare customized solutions for key clients.
  • Communicate product offerings, pricing, and value propositions clearly to customers.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote new products and services to existing customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across accounts.
  • Participate in company activities, events, and marketing initiatives to support business growth.
  • Continuously suggest ideas to improve sales performance and market reach.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, monthly KPI achievement, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • General IT knowledge, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
    - Software
    - Infrastructure
    - Backup & Disaster Recovery
    - Security
    - Network Management
  • Good knowledge of relevant tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good time management, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age 23–30 years old.
