- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships across all levels.Understand client objectives, timelines, budgets, and project requirements.
- Translate client discussions into clear and actionable internal project briefs.
- Prepare proposals, presentation decks, timelines, minutes of meeting, and project updates.
- Coordinate digital campaigns, social media projects, brand activations, events, and entertainment projects.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, production, digital, finance, and project teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, costs, margins, billing, and payment progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
- Support campaign reporting, evaluation, pitches, and client presentations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and on-ground activations when required.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or a similar role.
- Experience in digital campaigns, brand activation, and entertainment projects.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content production, events, and project commercials.
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
- Able to structure information clearly and communicate complex briefs in a practical way.
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident in handling clients, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Comfortable networking and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
