Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Healthcare & Pharmacy (HCP) sector.

Understand client needs (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors) and provide suitable financing solutions aligned with their operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing business portfolios.

Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Monitor asset quality and ensure strong customer engagement for long-term partnerships.

Kualifikasi

Min. Bachelor Degree & Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply, preferably majoring in Business/Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related fields.

Have strong communication & networking skills with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Have strong networks within related industries.

Have good analytical skills.

Interested in healthcare industry dynamics and B2B business.

Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team.
