Role Overview

This role sits inside the AI Transformation division, specifically supporting the Nadia and Sasha function. The division is responsible for:

  • Onboarding enterprise clients onto Nadia and Sasha after the IFA (Information Flow Analysis) workshop.
  • Ensuring quality control on every AI output before it reaches the client.
  • Building the market presence of Nadia and Sasha through consistent, high-quality content.

You will be the operational and creative engine of the Nadia and Sasha division. This means three things: helping translate client business process findings from IFA into draft implementation workflows, running quality control on AI outputs before they go live, and producing social media content that brings Nadia and Sasha to life in the market.

You do not need to understand the engineering behind AI. You need to understand business processes, think in structured steps, and know how to get great output from AI tools — especially Claude.

You will report directly to the Division Head and work closely with Account Executives and the Engineering team. This is a junior role with real responsibility and direct mentorship from day one.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding Support

  • Following the IFA workshop, help document client business processes and translate findings into draft workflow plans for Nadia or Sasha implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure workflow designs are technically feasible.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation, delivery checklists, and status trackers across active client projects.


2. Quality Control

  • Review AI outputs from Nadia and Sasha before every client deployment.
  • Check for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and alignment with client SOPs.
  • Actively contribute to optimizing existing QC frameworks — not just executing them. We want your input.


3. Content & Social Media

  • Create draft social media content promoting Nadia and Sasha across platforms.
  • Use AI tools — especially Claude — to ideate, draft, and iterate content at speed.
  • Brief designers with clear visual directions; you own the concept and copy, not the final design.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and deliver on schedule without being chased.

Kualifikasi


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of work experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong creative instinct — you know what makes content land and what makes it miss.
  • Strong written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Analytical enough to run a QC checklist; sharp enough to improve it.
  • You must be comfortable prompting AI tools — especially Claude. This is the most important skill for this role. How you think with AI matters more than your years of experience.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and low-drama.
  • Fast learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes.
